
Lisa Fein, MS, and ACE (American Council of Exercise) Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Lisa has been in the health and fitness industry of over 30 years. She earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University in 1996. She currently teaches Pilates, Yoga, weight training, low impact aerobics and balance and fall prevention classes. Lisa also has experience in working with pregnant women, and pre- and post-surgical situations such as the knee, back and shoulder. Lisa modifies exercises to make them available for most people and has helped people with osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and balance issues. Classes are now offered on-line as well as in person!

Jan Jacobs M.S. – ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Fitness Trainer
Jan has a graduate degree from the University of Michigan’s Kinesiology department. She is also a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine and started her personal fitness training business in February, 1989. Her passion is helping people reach their health and fitness goals by developing individualized exercise programs to meet their needs. Her personal athletic achievements, background in cardiac rehabilitation and strong interest in exercise and aging enable her to work with people of all ages, fitness levels and health conditions. Jan is a welcomed addition to our chiropractic office bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with our patients helping them to stay well and pain-fee.
