Through his 40 years of bodywork practice, his modalities have expanded to include different ways to access and affect various systems of the body: Touch for Health™ , sports massage (AMTA-MI Director of Sports Massage ’90-’92), shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy™ (orthopedic assessment), Somatic Release™ (fascia), full-term pregnancy, and Cocoon™ (tantric meditation massage).
Breathwork Bio
Dana began his holistic bodywork training in 1981 which sparked in him the interest in alternative health techniques. Through his 40 years of bodywork practice, his modalities have expanded to include diverse ways to access and affect various systems of the body.
Introduced to the power and potential of Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Systems™ in 2015, he has dedicated himself to learn and integrate this modality into his own life and the lives of his clients. BBTRS utilizes 6 elements in its system including breath, movement, conscious touch, conscious sound, emotion, and meditation. With these tools, he can address all aspects of trauma which is held in the body, be it shock, developmental, or generational.
With deep gratitude, Dana continues to work with the institute globally with their online and in-person trainings. He continually looks for ways to create harmony and balance in all aspects of his life and to help others live in harmony with themselves, each other, and nature.
Dana is available to facilitate in-person and online breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, to lead group BBTRS workshops, Osho and other active meditations.
